The Operator
Sneaky Hippo is the next chapter of work that's already been going on for two decades — heavy site projects across Southwest Florida, run by people who came up through the equipment, not through a spreadsheet.
The Range
Resort and condominium projects on Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. National retail and restaurant build-outs — Target, Panera, Staples, Sprouts, Bubba Gump. Plenty of small and mid-size jobs along the way. Same standards on all of them.
The Approach
Most outfits sell you consulting or execution. We do both, and we'll tell you straight which one your project actually needs. Sometimes that means a half-day on-site. Sometimes it means we run the whole job.

We advise. You execute.
You've got your own crew, or you've already hired a contractor. You bring us in to pressure-test a plan, troubleshoot a problem on-site, or weigh in on a permit or scope decision before it costs you money.

Hired Guns
We execute a phase. You run the rest.
Your project hit a discipline you don't want to subcontract twice. Pile driving on a tricky soil report. A drainage system the original plan missed. We mobilize, do that piece right, and clear out.

We run the whole job.
From the first walk of the parcel through final grade and turnover. Permitting, clearing, earthwork, foundations, drainage, finish work — managed under one roof, by the same people who'll actually be on the equipment.
